Recruiting Coordinator

What You’ll Do
Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations.
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones.
Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse).
Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and educate them on Flip and our vision.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage, focusing on quality and volume for evergreen roles.
Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome).
Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and AI technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms).
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow—learn, fail fast, and keep going.
Compensation Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for bonus and/or commission as well as equity, subject to board approval.
Compensation Range:
$60,000 – $75,000 USD
