What You'll Do
Manage recruitment efforts: job postings, candidate screening, and interviews Maintain employee records and update HR systems Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs Respond to employee questions on benefits, policies, and procedures Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and performance reviews Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with employee engagement activities and team‑building events Track time off, process leave requests, and assist with benefits administration What We're Looking For
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (minimum) 1+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices (a plus) What We Offer
Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Job Type:
