You will assist with administrative HR tasks, documentation, and basic operational activities to help maintain organized and compliant internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding activities (paperwork, checklists, coordination)
Help track attendance and provide basic payroll inputs
Assist with compliance‑related documentation and internal files
Support preparation and updates of internal policies and operational records
Provide general administrative and operational support to management
Requirements
Entry‑level experience or coursework in HR, business administration, or operations preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of HR processes or willingness to learn
Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
