We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a particular focus on the unique needs and challenges of the manufacturing sector. They will bring a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a talent for problem-solving. The role demands a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software, as well as an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.

Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate journal entries.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, particularly for manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to align financial reporting with production metrics.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.

Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
