Manager, Talent Acquisition, Georgia - Remote. This is a remote role with regular travel to Georgia facilities. Opportunity to lead the Nursing Talent Acquisition team in Georgia. Education Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience Required

Typically requires 5 years of experience in human resources and management level experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources, as well as related implications. Resiliency and flexibility to deal with a rapidly changing and stressful environment. Excellent listening and consulting skills. Ability to develop operational partnerships, assess complex hiring issues and needs, and deliver appropriate recruiting solutions across multiple client portfolios. Demonstrated aptitude for leadership, including mentoring, coaching, training and accountability. Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. Ability to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize, and solve problems creatively. Ability to work in a complex corporate system environment with strong communication skills to engage candidates and leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable human capital management/applicant tracking software. Major Responsibilities

Designs and implements an integrated recruitment strategy to optimize and drive a best-in-class recruitment program from talent pipeline development to onboarding, ensuring consistent and legally sound assessment and selection processes. Leads and inspires the TA team, developing recruiter competencies for technology, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. Advocates for brand and position improvements in patient service areas through increased brand awareness. Partners with the workforce development team on workforce strategy and action plan implementation aligned with key priorities. Implements innovative methods to enhance candidate experience and improve recruiting efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Manages the recruitment dashboard to measure effectiveness, monitors volume fluctuations, and balances recruiter workload. Develops and evaluates recruitment productivity standards to fill vacancies efficiently with top talent and identifies opportunities for process improvements. Partners with site HR Leadership to address recruitment-related issues and objectives (turnover, aged requisitions, time to fill). Identifies process improvement opportunities to optimize hiring of top talent. Performs HR responsibilities for staff including interviewing, promotions, development, evaluations, compensation changes, employee concerns, and morale. Develops operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved objectives. Ensures compliance with the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable policies, laws, and regulations. Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

Travel may be required and involve exposure to road and weather hazards. Exposed to a normal office environment. Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
