Position Overview Powers & Sons Construction is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts and attract top talent across all positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to support our growth and ensure we have the right people in place to meet our ambitious goals.

We've completed over $1 billion in projects including K-12, major universities, healthcare facilities, entertainment/gaming, hospitality and mixed-use developments. With near 60 years of delivering award-winning work, we are looking to continue building our reputation as a top construction firms in the area.
Key Responsibilities You’ll partner with department managers to fill critical positions and manage full cycle hiring from sourcing to offer. Building candidate pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and partnerships with trade schools and universities will be essential. You’ll enhance our employer brand, ensure a positive candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, optimize our hiring process, and ensure compliance with all employment laws.
Qualifications We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction or a related industry. You should have proven success recruiting for skilled trades and professional roles, strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruiting technologies, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is preferred.
