Deltek Ajera Accountant

Deltek Ajera Accountant (Temporary) We are seeking a dedicated Deltek Ajera Accountant for a temporary role located on-site in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. This position involves managing and overseeing accounting duties using the Deltek Ajera platform, including data entry, financial reporting, and project accounting. You will collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy in financial processes, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and budget management. Additionally, you will assist in financial analysis and contribute to the maintenance of accounting records in compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Deltek Ajera software and familiarity with project-based accounting systems

Experience with financial reporting, data entry, accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation

Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and relevant financial regulations

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Ability to work on-site collaboratively within a team environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Background in architecture or design industries is a plus
