As a Final Inspection Lead, you will be part of the
Final Inspection Department
supporting
Production and Quality Teams . The ideal candidate will have
attention to detail ,
leadership skills , and
strong communication , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title Final Inspection Lead
Location Jacksonville, FL 32221
Pay Rate $19.50/hr
Schedule 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2-2-3 rotating shift
What’s the Job?
Oversee final inspection processes to ensure products meet quality standards
Lead and guide inspection team members, providing training and support
Review and document inspection results accurately in compliance with company procedures
Communicate quality issues to production teams and assist in corrective actions
Maintain a clean and organized inspection area following safety guidelines
What’s Needed?
Previous experience in quality control or inspection leadership role
Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work rotating shifts
