Responsibilities
Daily tasks will consist of ad hoc invoicing support, tracking, updating and maintaining capital requests in SAP Project Systems with monthly/semi‑annual R&D tax reporting and compilation.
Compliance with governance processes, complete R&D tax credits, accurate and complete financial reporting.
Support of Project Systems reporting for engineering teams.
Consolidate R&D expense for annual tax credit submission.
Facilitate commercial invoices in support of inter‑company shipment of test components.
Interaction with engineering teams to receive and provide information.
Qualifications
Years of experience: 0–2 years.
Associate’s degree required.
Cost Accounting background acceptable.
Internship experience accepted.
Technical Skills
SAP experience.
Power BI experience.
Previous accounting experience.
Soft Skills
Good written and oral communication.
Comfortable engaging with others to seek information/clarity.
