Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

Overview The Infrastructure & Systems Engineer supports enterprise infrastructure, systems, networking, and call center platforms across U.S. and Canada operations. This role provides Tier 2‑3 support, manages core systems and vendors, supports regulated environments, and partners with Global HQ on network and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2‑3 support for Windows servers, virtualization (Nutanix), backups (Veeam), and infrastructure services.
Support network operations (switches, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, cabling, IPs) with escalation to HQ as needed.
Administer Nextiva / 9Five call center systems (routing, queues, IVR, agents, analytics, troubleshooting).
Image, deploy, and manage endpoints using KACE; maintain asset inventory.
Support Sales, office, warehouse, R&D, manufacturing, and remote users.
Manage IT purchasing, vendors, renewals, SLAs, and cost documentation.
Support identity and security tools (Okta, SSO, MFA, endpoint protection).
Participate in CSV, compliance, audits, and documentation (GxP/FDA/ITIL).
Drive continuous improvement, automation, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Required Skills
Windows Server, Nutanix (or similar), Veeam.
Networking fundamentals (switches, VLANs, Wi‑Fi).
Nextiva or 9Five call center administration.
Google Workspace, AWS fundamentals, AI tools (Gemini).
Strong documentation, vendor management, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred
Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments.
Call center reporting and analytics experience.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 40‑60 lbs and work with IT hardware.
