Role Overview Reporting to the
VP of Marketing , the ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced digital designer with 5-7 years of professional experience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual designs across all digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
Design and Production:
Lead the design, production and optimization of all digital marketing materials, including:
Website Assets: Landing pages, blog posts, hero images, banners and interactive elements
Advertising: High-performing display ads, social media and retargeting campaigns
Email Marketing: Templates, graphics and visual elements for email campaigns
Physical Assets: Sales one-sheets, collateral, banners, and conference assets
Presentations: Visually compelling slides for webinars, sales presentations and corporate use
Brand Oversight:
Working with the VP, become the steward for the brand and visual identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines across all touchpoints
Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to translate strategic goals and technical AI concepts into clear, beautiful and effective design
Creative Ideation:
Actively contribute to the ideation and discussion of all creative concepts and campaign strategies
A/B Testing and Optimization:
Contribute to the creative tracking and execution of incremental changes to optimize conversion Video and motion graphics:
Develop video or animated creative to enhance user engagement and storytelling of the product
Qualifications / Skills
Detail-oriented approach with flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Passion for digital design and AI
Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and WordPress
Solid understanding of web design principles, including responsive design, basic HTML/CSS, and a strong eye for UX and UI
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and receive feedback
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
5-7 years of proven experience as a Digital Designer
Strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing design, visual hierarchy and user-centric principles including motion graphics
Experience designing for a variety of mediums (print & digital)
Motion graphics design & video editing experience
Highly entrepreneurial with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proactive in offering recommendations, going above and beyond, and thinking three steps ahead
Experience in the tech industry is preferred
