Build, document, and maintain metadata frameworks, tagging standards, and data structures that support effective knowledge capture.

Maintain accuracy and consistency of client, matter, and deal data across KM systems, databases, and document management platforms.

Proactively identify and correct data quality issues through validation, cleansing, and ongoing monitoring.

Develop and review data quality reports and audits to surface discrepancies and drive remediation.

Partner with corporate and regulatory practice groups to adapt data processes as business needs evolve.

Track and manage external deal submissions and related data, including real-time status reporting.

Work directly with attorneys to confirm critical data elements while retaining responsibility for data accuracy.

Support the intake and submission of transactional records into firm systems for knowledge sharing, reporting, and analytics.

Prepare structured data for system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.

Assist with due diligence, regulatory responses, and deal intelligence efforts by organizing and contextualizing data.

Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to support analytics, pitch tracking, and precedent visibility.

Contribute to Information Governance initiatives, including retention policies, data classification, and audit documentation.

Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy, discretion, and accountability.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort engaging attorneys and cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent organizational skills and consistent attention to detail.
