Job Description
Gathers, enters, manages, and analyzes information to support manufacturing operations.
Interacts with customers, suppliers, management, manufacturing team members, and with other departments and plants.
Completes tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department management.
Prepares, schedules, and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution products.
Ensures accuracy of orders and reconciles receivables against them.
Analyzes inventory levels and production plans to ensure product availability and cost‑efficient manufacturing and inventory.
Maintains control over inventories, including physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Prepares and generates reports as assigned.
Analyzes relevant information to make recommendations to customers and manufacturing that will reduce cost or increase efficiency.
Communicates in a timely, professional, and unambiguous fashion with appropriate parties on topics relevant to assignments.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Level: Minimum – High School or GED.
2+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.
Knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and job‑specific processes.
Ability to follow company policy and understand regulations governing the work.
Proficiency with technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office, Mac word processing, spreadsheets, or other relevant programs.
Good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business in frequent contact while completing daily work assignments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills to accomplish work by established deadlines and coordinate phases of work with others.

RRD's current salary range for this role is $48,000 to $70,100 per year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and may change in the future. Compensation decisions may vary based on education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. Depending on the role, the total compensation package may include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
