Job Description
Gathers, enters, manages, and analyzes information to support manufacturing operations. Interacts with customers, suppliers, management, manufacturing team members, and with other departments and plants. Completes tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department management.
Responsibilities
Prepares, schedules, and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products
Ensures accuracy of orders and reconciles receivables against them
Analyzes inventory levels and production plans to ensure product availability and cost‑efficient manufacturing and inventory
Maintains control over inventories, including physical inventory counts and reconciliations
Prepares and generates reports as assigned
Analyzes relevant information to make recommendations to customers and manufacturing that will reduce cost or increase efficiency
Communicates in a timely, professional, and un‑ambiguous fashion with appropriate parties on topics relevant to assignments
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education level: Minimum – High School or GED
2+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job
Requires knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and job‑specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties
Ability to follow company policy and understand rules or regulations governing the work being completed and the impact on the department or company
Must have very good knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job
Requires good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business with frequent contact while completing daily work assignments
Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods, and/or procedures when completing assignments
Requires organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and to coordinate phases of work with others

Compensation $48,000-$48,000 per year
RRD's current salary range for this role is $48,000 to $70,100 per year. The range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee and may change in the future. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
