Base pay range $60.00/yr - $68.00/yr

Overview Picture your morning: you grab a coffee, open the training dashboard, and see a clear plan for onboarding three new hires, a refresher on NADCAP special processes for the brake press team, and a cybersecurity awareness touchpoint to keep CMMC requirements tight. By mid‑day, you’re side‑by‑side with Production and Quality leaders refining a competency assessment. Before you leave, every record is audit‑ready.

What You’ll Own

Curriculum design and delivery: Create structured training paths for production, quality, and administrative roles; coordinate onboarding, safety, quality system, and regulatory content; schedule and facilitate classes, certifications, and refreshers.

Standards alignment: Ensure training content and practices align with AS9100 and ISO 9001; integrate NADCAP special process requirements; deliver ITAR export‑control and data‑handling training; coordinate CMMC‑aligned cybersecurity awareness and documentation.

Records and reporting: Maintain precise electronic and physical training files; track certifications, requalification dates, and status; produce metrics and reports for leadership reviews and external audits.

Audit and improvement: Prepare documentation for internal, customer, and third‑party audits; participate in internal audits related to competency and training effectiveness; analyze outcomes and recommend enhancements.

Cross‑functional collaboration: Serve as a training liaison for department leaders; communicate schedules and compliance status; coordinate external vendors, testing providers, and certification bodies.

About You

High school diploma or GED.

2+ years in manufacturing (precision sheet metal, aerospace, or defense preferred).

Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP requirements.

Familiar with ITAR and controlled‑data training needs.

Understanding of CMMC training, cybersecurity awareness, and documentation.

Organized, detail‑focused communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital record‑keeping systems.

Preferred

Experience running training programs or an LMS.

Audit support background (internal or external).

Training/quality/aerospace credentials (e.g., ASQ, ATA, CIPD).

Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, special processes, or aerospace workflows.

Work Environment

Comfortable working on the production floor with noise, machinery, and PPE areas.

Able to sit, stand, and lift light materials or training equipment as needed.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday (some flexibility based on production needs).

Salary Range: $

Benefits: shared‑cost health care, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match after a waiting period.
