Base pay range $26.00/hr - $26.00/hr

*This position will require travel to some or all of our existing branches until the official opening of the Commerce Branch. Our existing branches are located in Flint, Grand Blanc, Fenton, Davison, Lapeer, Swartz Creek, Clio, Orion Township, Clarkston, and Owosso.*

Your Role As a vital member of our team, you'll provide a wide range of Credit Union services, beginning with building and strengthening member relationships by matching their needs with our products and services. Your role will also involve:

Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members

Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports

Assist with loan, cash, and teller services

Offer credit score coaching to save our members money

Fundamental financial counseling to boost our members money management knowledge

What We’re Looking For?

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

We value at least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions.

Skills:

You should be bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
