Executive Assistant . The position is based

Who You Are
Experienced administrative professional with at least 5 years’ experience supporting senior leaders
Experience supporting a sizeable team of executives
Skilled in juggling multiple priorities while keeping calendars, meetings, and travel plans running smoothly
Confident communicator who thrives in collaborative settings and knows how to keep things confidential
Tech-savvy with deep knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and expense systems
What You’ll Do
Provide high-level administrative support to a team of executives
Coordinate meetings and manage schedules using Outlook Calendar
Handle travel arrangements, including logistics and travel itineraries
Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
Build and refine presentations in PowerPoint, integrating visuals and data
Maintain and update documents in Word and Excel
What Success Looks Like
Executives feel supported, organized, and prepared for every meeting and trip
Calendars are optimized and conflicts are resolved
Expense reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies
Documents and reports are error‑free and easy to navigate
Sensitive information is handled with discretion and professionalism
Salary Range:
$100,000 – 125,000 annually, based on experience
Full package:
Paid OT, discretionary bonus, 4 weeks vacation, and Total Rewards benefits package!
