Location: Columbus, GA.
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Work location: In person.

Role Overview Lead our center‑based ABA services as Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, overseeing service delivery and center operations to ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the center, overseeing a team of BCBAs and collaborating with the Operations Manager.
Supervise BCBA teams to ensure treatment plans align with best practices and meet individual client needs.
Conduct tours for prospective client families, showcasing our commitment to quality care.
Coach BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills, fostering professional growth.
Partner with parents and caregivers to ensure sustained client progress.
Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence.
Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods, including RFT, with guidance from the Clinical Excellence team.
