Job Overview We are hiring a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our in-person clinical team providing
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy)
services to children and adolescents with
autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
and other developmental disabilities. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and clinical leadership, while maintaining manageable caseloads and strong clinical support.

Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments Design, implement, and monitor
individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and ensure treatment fidelity Analyze data and modify programs to support client progress Provide parent training and caregiver coaching Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals (educators, healthcare providers) Complete clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and medical record standards Conduct diagnostic evaluations as needed Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Required Qualifications & Skills Active
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification Experience providing
ABA therapy
to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and supervision Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health documentation Excellent communication and clinical leadership skills Compassionate, ethical, and client-centered approach
