What The IT Support Technician Will Do
Provide Level 1 technical support for staff and students
Troubleshoot and repair Chromebooks, desktops, and peripheral devices
Assist with VOIP systems and security camera maintenance
Support classroom technologies and Google Education tools
Maintain a calm, professional demeanor when interacting with students and staff
What The Organization Needs In An IT Support Technician
Previous IT support experience (hardware/software troubleshooting)
Familiarity with Chromebook repair and deployment
Basic knowledge of VOIP and security camera systems
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to remain calm and professional in a school setting
Bonus: Prior experience working in schools or with student populations
