Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr.
Overview As the Director of Rooms, you will oversee all front office, housekeeping, and guest services operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead and develop department teams, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, a focus on service, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all room‑related functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operational leadership of the hotel’s guest experience, overseeing all aspects of the rooms division and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Daily management of the front office, housekeeping, and guest services departments, monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements.
Reporting to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
Opportunity to advance to regional director of rooms, vice president of operations, or other corporate roles.
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
Previous experience in a similar or related position.
Combination of education and experience.

Eligible to work in the United States.
Education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job‑related needs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
