This is a structured hybrid position which requires working in our Owatonna, MN facility: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Fridays are home office workdays. Therefore, candidates must reside within reasonable drivable distance to the facility.

Wenger Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to join our team! As a Project Manager you will contribute to Wenger Corporation's strategy to provide an exceptional customer experience by facilitating effective project planning, organization, and oversight to deliver projects on time and within budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction or entertainment production industries
Three (3) years project management experience, preferred in construction industry
Proficiency in MS Office suite
It'd be great if you also have:
Ability to read architectural drawings
As a Project Manager, your typical day might include:
Development, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget
Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross functional team environment
Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects
Coordination with the client's team (project manager, architects, consultants), to ascertain contract schedule, cost and quality objectives are met
Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required
Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades
Risk analysis and mitigation
Project billings and costing analysis
Research and presentation of changes to the contract scope
Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values
Conducting post-mortem review and Lessons Learned for future projects
Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.
Identifying non-conformances and initiate Corrective Action Reports as necessary
