Acara is seeking highly qualified candidates to serve as
Document Control
to work onsite with one of the top companies in the
Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing
industry in
Melbourne, FL.
POSITION SUMMARY Performs document management, record keeping, distribution, routing, and filing of controlled documentation. Responsible delivery documents, service agreements, technical publication manuals, and other relevant documentation are complete.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all the production documentation - sales, shipments, returns, manufacturing guidelines, etc...
Examines documents, materials, products, and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
Confers with department supervisors and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Prepares, compiles, and maintains all controlled documentation required for regulatory and policy compliance.
Prepare aircraft logbook entries for the release of the aircraft for initial ground run, test flight, company acceptance flights and customer delivery.
Prepare any additional foreign country required documentation.
Process completed work orders for scanning for records retention.
Serve as the delivery Documentation coordinator for the customer resolution/completion of delivery issues/obligations.
Stock and maintain operation manuals, installation manuals, and maintenance manuals for standard and optional equipment.
Pack and load and delivers all delivery documentation aircraft delivery center. Arrange for shipment of any items not taken back on aircraft per Customer request.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift 7:00 am - 3:30 pm).
Length: Contract to Hire.
Holiday pay (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day), 401(k), direct deposit, and medical and dental insurance.

Job Requirements Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or GED
3 years of experience creating, implementing and maintaining aircraft manufacturing documentation and/or records system
3 years of experience dealing with documents in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
