What You’ll Do:

Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines to produce precision sheet metal parts.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and perform in‑process and first‑article inspections.

Adjust laser parameters to ensure consistent cut quality across materials and thicknesses.

Maintain accurate production and quality records using ERP systems like JobBoss.

Follow safety protocols and support a clean, organized shop environment (5S/6S).

What You Bring:

Proven experience operating laser cutting equipment such as Amada or Mazak systems.

Strong blueprint reading skills with knowledge of GD&T and precision measuring tools.

Experience performing first‑articled inspections and ensuring tight tolerances.

Comfortable in a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing setting.

Basic computer skills, including ERP systems; aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing background a plus.
