Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team
Build on existing processes to improve quantity and closing of internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom visits
Foster a customer‑first culture with strong relationship‑building and follow‑up systems
Manage aspects of inventory: purchasing, allocations, appraisals, merchandising, and pricing strategy
Source inventory through private‑party purchase, service drive, and trade‑ins
Maintain optimal lot appearance and ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and ready for sale
Desk deals, track revenue and retail delivery performance, and manage inventory turn times
Monitor factory‑sponsored programs and ensure full compliance with F&I operations
Deliver exceptional leadership while maintaining high standards for performance and professionalism
Lead through self‑accountability and team accountability
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of dealership leadership experience, preferably in new and/or pre‑owned operations
Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to exceed goals
Strong understanding of inventory control, profit and loss, and dealership KPIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of CRM (Elead), DMS (Reynolds), Inventory Management (vAuto) and related platforms
Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and a results‑driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass all pre‑employment screenings
