Our Company SpecialtyRx is a Long‑Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long‑term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Client Services Manager Overview SpecialtyRx is seeking a Client Services Manager in the Dallas, TX area. The Manager will service and oversee relationships with long‑term care facilities and assisted living communities, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and company laws. The role requires strong customer service, solution understanding, and the ability to maintain lasting relationships aligned with SpecialtyRx's mission and values.

Responsibilities

Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.

Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.

Relate to client needs.

Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.

Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.

Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back‑up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.

Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.

Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.

Qualifications

Must be local to the Dallas, TX area.

LPN Texas License preferred.

Long‑Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.

Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.

Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities, and concentrate on detailed information.

Driven and motivated problem‑solver.

Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Willing to drive long distances within the State of Texas.
