ABOUT OUR AGENCY Our agency has been serving the community for more than five years, backed by over 40 years of combined State Farm experience across our team. We currently have four full-time team members and pride ourselves on offering a strong mix of benefits, including group life insurance, health coverage, individual commissions, team bonuses, and even a team travel incentive. ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate – State Farm Agent Team Member for Barb Vogelheim – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
