About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2017, and today I'm fortunate to lead a team of five. I've been with State Farm since 2010, working in corporate, in leadership roles, and as an aspirant before opening my own agency. I'm a college graduate, married with two wonderful kids, and our family includes a horse and two dogs who keep life interesting.

Community involvement is important to me. I support organizations such as the Wake County Nurse Family Partnership, Communities in Schools, and the New Location Racehorse Adoption Program.

Team members enjoy several perks, including a closed lunch hour each day, early closures at 3 p.m. on Fridays, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.

Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.

Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
