Market Sales Manager – Milestone Brands, LLC Milestone Brands is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial spirited sales professional to join our team as the San Antonio Market Manager. This role involves building and promoting our diverse range of brands in Wisconsin, including Empress 1908 Gin, Dulce Vida Tequila, Campo Bravo Tequila, Dirty Monkey Whiskey, American Born Whiskey, and more.

Responsibilities

Deliver annual depletion and distribution goals for the portfolio.

Monitor and evaluate distributor performance against the market goals, putting in place corrective action plans when there is a gap against plan.

Call on top 50+ on‑ and off‑premise accounts in the geography; ~8‑10 per day.

Implement the activity calendar in the market, paying particular attention to pricing and program strategies that will deliver the market goals.

Implement the business channel and account strategy, allocating appropriate resources to key retailers in the market.

Work closely with distributor salespeople and management to execute programs efficiently & effectively at the point of purchase.

Educate distributor sales personnel on the Brand Portfolio and brand standards.

Use relevant market data including IDIG/VIP (Retail) and Y‑Drinks (On‑Premise) to identify market opportunities.

Drive Milestone KPI(s) within the target account on & off‑premise universe.

Support broader Milestone brand development and state goal attainment through wholesaler work‑shops, general sales meetings, & trainings.

Conduct business reviews on performance vs goal.

Identify opportunities through use of systems (types, sizes, customers).

Support building consumer adoption and recall through the execution of events and promotions.

Contribute to and participate in program development and business review templates.

Required Skills and Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience within the Spirits industry.

Microsoft Office baseline knowledge and openness/ability to learn new systems.

Ability to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends).

Fact‑based / feature and benefit selling.

Entrepreneurial mindset (aka problem solver).

Ability to work solo and through others to deliver results.

Prior experience selling to multi‑outlet concept operators preferred.
