Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $21 to $22 hourly plus commission; bilingual Spanish/English candidates earn an extra $1 per hour.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Explain features and benefits clearly.
Overcome objections and close sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
Process sales orders and service requests accurately.
Stay current on product specifications and industry trends.
Collaborate with support teams for customer satisfaction.
Adhere to compliance requirements and call quality standards.
Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
Document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in inbound/outbound sales or technical sales within a call center preferred.
Ability to explain and sell identity protection or related products/services.
Strong communication, active listening, and consultative sales skills.
Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and multi‑screen navigation.
Goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to simplify complex information for customers.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus.

Persuasive sales skills – ability to close deals effectively.
