Support a network of Manufacturer Rep firms while driving additional revenue for Distribution, Used, and Rental businesses Receive quote requests via email, case queue, and phone, and issue quotes through the quoting system Process purchase orders, ensuring unit availability and placing orders Provide technical support to Manufacturer Reps and attend customer‑facing events to promote the employer's brand Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and find alternative solutions What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university Minimum of 10 years of sales/customer service experience Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external customers Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus in a fast‑paced environment Capability to work independently and show initiative How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in the calibration and compliance services industry Familiarity with technical sales and customer support roles Previous experience working with Manufacturer Representative firms Proven track record of developing new revenue opportunities Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
