The Light Program , and
Seeds of Hope . We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co‑occurring concerns.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled
Part‑Time Adolescent Counselor
to join our Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. If you are dedicated to supporting young people in their mental health journeys, we encourage you to apply.
Position Overview
Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients
Facilitate group therapy to adolescent clients
Conducting clinical assessments and developing person‑centered treatment plans
Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress
Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated
Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned
Key Competencies
Expertise in adolescent mental health and co‑occurring conditions
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to engage teens in meaningful therapeutic work
Effective communication with families and support systems
Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
Commitment to ethical standards and clinical best practices
Qualifications Required:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
Completion of a clinical based internship or practicum.
Preferred:
Experience providing therapy to adolescents in outpatient settings
