Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. provides treatment for adults and teens suffering from addiction or substance abuse as well as individuals with mental health disorders. Founded in 1999, Pyramid has expanded to locations across Pennsylvania, providing comprehensive care to people with behavioral health issues. Our program offerings include detoxification, inpatient treatment, methadone and Suboxone maintenance therapy, outpatient treatment, and halfway & transitional housing. We focus on a safe, supportive environment where individuals learn and practice recovery and coping skills.

Pay $17.50 + shift differential

Deliverables / Principal Results Expected

Supervises Behavioral Health Technicians and provides feedback on their performance.

Assists with interviewing and hiring BHTs.

Assists with employee disciplinary actions.

Develops employee schedules.

Assists with client interventions.

Maintains a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients.

Attends facility meetings and coordinates BHT department meetings.

Assigns, monitors, and completes all required trainings for self and third‑shift BHTs.

Other duties as assigned.

Technical Competencies

Role modeling for clients and BHTs.

Maintaining a strong clinical program.

Collaborating with staff to effectively meet client needs.

Maintaining positive relationships with clients and staff.

Completing required trainings and mandatory training hours.

Strong skills in D&A and mental health treatment.

Knowledge of HIPAA, licensing, and CARF regulations.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health experience preferred.

Valid Driver’s License required.
