Registered Nurse (RN)
Facility Nurse
80 hours per two‑week pay period: Monday – Friday, plus on‑call rotation.
Hearten House I & II (La Crosse, WI) – Serving up to 24 residents at each location.
Eagle Crest Communities is looking for a caring and compassionate nurse to join our team of dedicated staff. This position works alongside the Facility Manager to deliver medication management, treatment services, physical and behavioral assessments, and Individual Service Plans, while maintaining compliance with CBRF regulations and Program Statements.
What You’ll Do
Become familiar with each resident’s care needs and work with the residents and other care providers on medical concerns, admissions, routine assessments, and discharge planning.
Educate and supervise Resident Care staff in medication administration and resident care, delegating tasks as appropriate.
Collaborate in a supportive environment with our Triage Nurse Team.
What You’ll Need
Eligible to practice nursing in Wisconsin.
The ability to think critically and problem‑solve with staff and available resources.
Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new software.
Experience working with geriatric population and/or memory care is beneficial.
Resident Care experience is a plus.
One year of prior nursing experience preferred but not required—training provided for the right fit.
Our Wages
$39.50–$43.00+ per shift.
