Paramedic or EMT – PRN
Medcor is looking to hire a Paramedic or EMT on a PRN basis (as‑needed) to be an Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Memphis, TN. The hours for this position are as needed but the site is open 7 AM-5 PM Mon‑Fri; days and hours may change or vary based on client needs. Applicants should feel comfortable working in a construction environment, be able to climb stairs, and work at heights as needed.

Position Overview There are no guaranteed hours. If you have the availability to pick up occasional shifts, we invite you to apply.
The position’s responsibilities include collaborative work with Medcor’s medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, client staff, and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure. Daily duties involve patient care, workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work (RTW) program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring, and working closely with outside medical providers.
A Typical Day in the Life of an Onsite Health Technician
Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic.
Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees.
Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (Medcor Care Protocols – MCPs).
Build and maintain internal team relationships.
Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
Pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings.
Document care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools.
Conduct Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).
Case management.
Medical charting.
OSHA record‑keeping.
Required Qualifications

Current CPR/BLS certification.
Ability to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag.
