We are seeking a
Licensed Outpatient Therapist
to provide psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting. This role works primarily in a
virtual/telehealth environment
and serves adolescents, transitional-age youth, and families in the Louisiana area.
Salary up to $73,000 per year
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient
individual, group, and family therapy
Conduct assessments, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
Provide crisis intervention as needed
Deliver therapy primarily via telehealth
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Track authorizations and comply with insurance requirements
Manage scheduling and client communication

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Master's Degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or a graduate degree in the field of human services.
Most possess one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPS, LMFT (w 3 years psychotherapy experience)
1 year psychotherapy experience required.
Must maintain good standing with commercial insurance providers and be eligible for paneling
Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise clinical documentation that meets program standards.
Experience with virtual care and/or telehealth
