Licensed Social Worker Administrator – Crisis Mental Health #345 Join Telecare Corporation as the Licensed Social Worker Administrator for our Windsor Center, a short‑stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth.

The Administrator is a key driver of both clinical and financial success for the program, overseeing the care team, managing business operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with corporate departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Quality Excellence : Ensure consistent, high‑quality care; develop and maintain clinical protocols; provide clinical supervision; act as privacy contact and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Workforce Engagement : Recruit, train, retain staff; supervise department managers; create a positive workplace culture; manage staffing requirements and disciplinary processes.

Customer Satisfaction : Liaise with state and local agencies, community partners, and consumer groups; meet customer needs and adapt to changing demands.

Financial Security : Operate within budget; participate in fiscal budgeting; maintain financial performance and fiscal responsibility.

Maintain a structured on‑call rotation, remain accessible during designated hours, and respond to communications per operational protocols.

Qualifications

Required :

Master’s degree in Social Services with a state license.

Four years of administrative management experience in a health care setting.

Two years of supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing.

Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and recovery philosophy.

Minimum age 21.

Current CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification, and continuous maintenance of certification.

Preferred :

Track record working with multicultural populations and urban settings.

Salary Salary range: $113,985.14 – $140,810.67 annually (geographically adjusted).
