Job Summary Responsible for the full physician and/or Advance Practice Clinician recruiting cycle, from initial recruitment through final negotiations. Develop and implement targeted candidate acquisition strategies; act as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including facilitation of on‑site interviews for candidates and their spouses or significant others. Provide assistance with offers and negotiations, collaborate in the credentialing process, and monitor the entire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. Carry out all duties while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
Essential Functions
Partner with the Physician Recruiting Manager to develop a tailored recruitment and advertising plan.
Pre‑screen candidates and recommend suitable applicants to hiring leaders.
Coordinate interview schedules with administration, department chiefs, physician partners, and clinic leaders.
Identify qualified talent nationally using networks, online databases, literature searches, and professional journals or job boards.
Oversee the onboarding process including background checks, drug screens, orientation, and related activities.
Maintain recruitment activity reports for administration and department chiefs.
Manage the full recruiting cycle from initial recruitment through final negotiations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and interact effectively with physicians, advance clinicians, patients, residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health‑care community.
Respond to job‑applicant inquiries regarding employment opportunities and benefits overview.
Assist the recruiting manager with marketing techniques to improve recruiting and organizational recognition.
Review applicant qualifications against licensing and eligibility guidelines.
Source candidates using various recruiting platforms.
Work closely with the credentialing department to ensure timely start dates.
Collaborate with HR to maintain employment records for new hires.
Assess candidate needs and coordinate visits with realtors, schools, and community resources.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Adhere to all company policies, including OSHA, HIPAA, compliance, and the Code of Conduct.
Maintain reliable attendance.
Follow core competencies set by the company, available on ARC SharePoint.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in meetings and seminars as required.
Assist with CMS staff sourcing or recruiting when needed.
Manage recruiting projects while maintaining full recruiting workload.
Attend recruiting‑related events.
Request and/or conduct references.
Provide knowledge of norms and trends in the health‑care industry.
Partner with the recruiting manager to project yearly recruitment expenditures for budgetary control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two (2) or more years of physician, Advance Practice Clinician, or healthcare executive‑level recruitment experience, or three (3) or more years of experience in a medical setting working with physicians.
Preferred:
Previous sales/marketing and/or public relations experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of medical office operations.
Strong attention to detail.
In‑depth understanding of current employment/labor laws and regulations.
Knowledge of effective HR methods and practices.
Effective communication with physicians, administrative offices, and medical staff.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle stressful situations.
Independent judgment and strategy planning for short‑ and long‑term needs.
Team‑orientated mindset and ability to engage others.
Excellent computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
Prioritization and organization of competing demands.
Professional conduct in all job duties.
Clear understanding and communication of factual information.

Work Schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning, evening, and/or weekend hours as required.
