Freedom Plaza is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN or LPN to join our team!
This position provides direct nursing care to residents in Skilled Nursing.
Must Have Experience In Skilled Nursing
Schedule & Compensation
Full‑time 3p‑11p, including every other weekend.
Wage up to $42 per hour, depending on experience and licensure.
Generous benefits offered.
Daily Pay option.
Daily Responsibilities
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.
Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re‑assessment of each resident.
Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
Qualifications
Current nursing license valid in the state worked.
Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.
Experience in skilled nursing.
CPR certification.
