Current Louisiana RN licensure.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
ACLS certification within one year; PALS preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, care coordination, and communication skills.

What You Will Do: Coordinate patient care processes—including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and support services to improve quality of life for patients across all age groups.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinates and performs comprehensive physical and psychosocial patient assessments, documenting findings in the medical record.
Analyzes assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
Develops, implements, and updates interdisciplinary plans of care aligned with patient needs and best practices.
Delivers direct patient care, administers medications, supports imaging and procedural needs, and supervises delegated tasks.
Provides patient and family education and collaborates with the care team on discharge planning.
Evaluates patient response to treatment and revises care plans accordingly.
Provides emotional support and clinical monitoring before, during, and after imaging procedures.
Administers and monitors procedural sedation following established protocols.
Ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
