Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts. We are a dynamic agency offering generous compensation and premier benefits. This position is ideal for a newly licensed master’s level therapist who will receive supervision for independent licensure.
The
In-Home Therapist (IHT)
will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI-approved degree program
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders preferred
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
