Infusion Therapy Nurse
Location Cheektowaga, NY – Home Care, VNA Erie County (Onsite)
Pay $40.80/hr – $50.90/hr (Salary Range) - Wage determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity and collective bargaining agreement.
Job Summary Coordinates the total Plan of Care for the patient in the Home Care setting, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating. Provides leadership for the Health Care team by working cooperatively with other team members to maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the Home Care setting.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the total Plan of Care for patients in the Home Care setting.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide leadership to the Health Care team.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree required from an accredited School of Registered Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
Valid NYS driver’s license.
1–5 years of relevant nursing experience.
1 year of medical/surgical experience as an RN.
1 year of infusion experience.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Flexibility, organizational skills, and clear judgment.
