Location: Home Care-VNA Erie County, Cheektowaga, NY. Work type: Per‑Diem, Shift 1. Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, weekend/holiday availability required.

Base pay range $34.84/hr – $47.91/hr

Job Summary Plans, implements, renders and evaluates speech therapy services in the Home Care setting using professionally approved assessment and therapeutic skills and modalities in accordance with the scope of practice for a Speech Language Pathologist in New York State.

Education and Credentials

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Current licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist in NYS.

Valid NYS driver's license.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to delegate to Home Health Aides.

Experience One (1) year experience required in specialty.
