Job Duties
Work fully remote.
Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ.
Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case‑related documents.
Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel.
Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions.
Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions.
Required
NY bar.
Recent experience with general liability and/or auto bodily injury.
