General Liability / Auto Bodily Injury Attorney – Remote! – New York or New Jersey

We have a solid foundation in civil litigation with hundreds of defense verdicts and arbitration awards, specializing in auto liability, premise liability, toxic tort, products liability, bad faith/coverage, and healthcare fraud cases. The firm is recognized for prosecuting complex civil RICO claims with multi‑million dollar verdicts and managing asbestos litigation for a large multinational company for more than three decades.

Job Duties
Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case‑related documents
Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel
Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions
Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions
Requirements
NY bar (must be licensed in NY and/or NJ)
Recent experience with general liability and/or auto bodily injury
