Corewell Health Primary Care Practice at 426 Michigan Avenue on the Medical Mile is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their busy practice serving patients across the generational spectrum. Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants are required as we care for patients of all ages.
Enjoy a flexible, four (4)-day work week in this dynamic outpatient setting in the heart of the "Medical Mile." Provider and team member collaboration, coordination, and innovation are considered key to the practice's success and the workspace is designed to accommodate this. Team‑based care is supplemented with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, and medical assistants working one‑to‑one with the providers. The large practice population includes a walk‑in clinic, laboratory, and radiology on site, and is located a few blocks from Butterworth Hospital.

Qualifications Nurse Practitioner
Required master’s degree; Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post‑master’s or doctorate from a program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
3 years of current, relevant clinical experience
Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role
Experience as a Nurse Practitioner (preferred)
LIC‑Registered Nurse (RN) – STATE_MI required upon hire
LIC‑Nurse Practitioner (NP) – STATE_MI required upon hire
CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA or ARC – 90 days required
CRT‑Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA – 120 days required
CRT‑Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – AHA – required upon hire
Physician Assistant
Required master’s degree; graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
LIC‑Physician Assistant – State of Michigan
CRT‑Physician Assistant Certified (PA‑C) – NCCPA
CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS)
CRT‑Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
CRT‑Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
