Supervise front-line behavioral health staff and provide after-hours on-call support Manage client care concerns and delegate interventions appropriately Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff Conduct regular staff meetings, supervision sessions, and performance evaluations Serve as liaison between leadership and clinical staff Monitor and improve workflow processes in collaboration with leadership Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness Submit monthly data reports to the Department of Mental Health and other entities Order supplies and manage equipment needs for the Rapid Access Unit Develop and implement corrective action plans in coordination with HR and leadership Support community outreach and referral pathway development Manage staff schedules, timecards, and workday requests Coordinate facility maintenance, safety inspections, and emergency drills Education and/or Experience Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree in a human services field Licensure:
Active or provisionally licensed
LCSW, LPC, PLPC, LMSW, or PsyD Experience:
Minimum 1-year post-licensure preferred; experience in medical or psychiatric settings a plus Additional Qualifications
Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding protected health information Ability to interpret clinical data and documentation Strong organizational and time management skills Ready to make a difference?
