Job Description Lead, monitor, and supervise a Service Coordination team within the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Oversee the Aged and Disabled Waiver, Developmental Disabilities Day or Comprehensive Waiver case management for eligible individuals. Manage diverse relationships, communicate effectively, and stay organized to support quality service delivery.

As a Service Coordination Supervisor You Will

Direct, monitor, and evaluate the work of your team

Assist with hiring, training, and coaching

Assist in developing, interpreting, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, and regulations

Act as a liaison with Medicaid providers, families, or stakeholders

Manage work schedules, task assignments, performance, and leave requests

Other duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and professional experience in education, psychology, social work, sociology, human services, or a related field; experience within a specialized developmental disabilities service system; experience leading, coordinating, directing, monitoring, and/or supervising others. Substitutions for the degree are accepted on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience supervising and leading teammates, facilitating and presenting in meetings, engaging in difficult conversations, developing person‑centered plans, completing assessments, habilitation, program implementation; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Nfocus, and Therap; experience in programs for people with special healthcare needs.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Knowledge of:

Current practices in community‑based services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, aged and disabled supports, person‑centered planning, case management, normalization principles, positive behavioral supports, and relevant statutes and regulations.

Skills:

Supervising and leading, facilitating meetings, organizing work, communicating with staff and stakeholders, developing and assessing person‑centered plans, mobilizing resources, and building relationships.

Abilities:

Flexibility, time management, independent work, monitoring services, analyzing data, conducting assessments, maintaining regular attendance, and demonstrating professionalism.
