Full‑time, Monday - Friday, 32-40 hours per week

What You'll Do:

Provides Occupational Therapy services, including resident screenings, treatment planning, and implementation.

Develops and coordinates individualized resident schedules and therapy programs in collaboration with the care team.

Documents treatment outcomes and demonstrates sound judgment in therapy planning and follow‑up.

Adheres to infection control, safety standards, and other assigned job duties.

What You'll Need:

Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution. (required)

Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist licensure. (required)

Ability to safely lift, move, and assist residents, exerting 20–50 pounds occasionally, 10–20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly. (required)

Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, reach, balance, and perform medium to maximum transfer assists. (required)

Proficient use of hands for manipulating tools, equipment, and controls. (required)

Adequate visual and hearing acuity to assess resident safety and functional abilities. (required)

Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English. (required)
