Responsibilities
Identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
Plan and delegate care based on patient needs.
Evaluate patient’s response to care and attainment of expected outcomes.
Be accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the shift.
Education : Graduate of Accredited School Of Nursing
License, Certification and/or Registration
Current nursing Alabama or multi-state Licensure.
BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period.
ACLS, PALS, or NRP is required for critical care areas based on patient population.
Experience : Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
